Suggestions

Adults; take 5 mls (1 teaspoon) daily or as directed by your Healthcare Practitioner. Children; take 2.5 mls (half a teaspoon) daily or as directed by your Healthcare Practitioner.

Not recommended for those taking prescribed blood thinners or medications for ulcers or heartburn.
